Community Sales Director

Department: The Legacy at Santa Fe
Location: Santa Fe, NM

** Experience in Senior Living Sales preferred **

Do you have a passion to serve Seniors? More importantly, do you want to know that every day you are making a difference in a resident’s life? The Legacy at Santa Fe is looking for an experienced and passionate Community Sales Director to lead the growth of our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care programs. As the Community Sales Director, you will drive strategic marketing plans, manage sales activities, and identify new business opportunities. If you have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record in Senior Living, and a passion for making a difference, this is the role for you!

Highlights of the Community Sales Director Position:

  • Four years of sales experience with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads
  • Proven success in management and leadership
  • Valid and clean drivers license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
